New Year Sketch Practice ( part 1 )

I spent some time drawing two sketches these past days, before this I didn't draw for a couple of weeks, I met a friend from pole dance class who also likes sketching, sometimes we would go to coffee shop and draw on Saturdays, actually I don't like the lights in cafe, all yellow lights and too dark, not good for eyes and drawing, you can't see clearly!!But we have not choice, what a pity :(
First I show a drawing which I finished two days ago.

How do you think? I would say I think I forgot how to draw!!! My weak point is I am not good at human proportion, always can't get it at the first time, to be honest, I've drawn this girls many times, maybe 3 or 4, and this time I thought I would succeed, I fixed many times on her face, arms and legs, so the paper is very dirty, her arms still look too big and I can't add any details on her hands, let me just stop here.
